ISSUE OF SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMITS

Paul Mitrega is authorised by CASA under Instrument of Appointment TW 01/2001 to issue a special flight permit for the purposes of flying aircraft to a base where repairs, alterations or maintenance are to be performed or to a point of storage.
